Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access via email and/or our learning platform.
Self-Paced Courses
Full refund within 7 days if you've accessed less than 25% of content and haven't downloaded materials or received certificates.
Live Cohorts
- Before first session: Full refund within 7 days of purchase or before first session
- Before 50% completion: 50% refund at our discretion
- After 50%: No refund available
Community Memberships
Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Refunds available within the first 7 days of initial subscription only.
How to Request a Refund

We'll respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds process within 10 business days.
